OK-Red Dominates as Eagles Soar Over Chix, Bulldogs Down Wildcats

Tonight’s first game out at West Ottawa High School was Hudsonville v. Zeeland East. Hudsonville was able to win the tip-off but were not able to capitalize on their first possession. On East’s third time down the court Josh Groenhof was fouled on his shot attempt and was able to [...]

WMA’s preview of District No. 5-A Hosted by Holland-West Ottawa

My pick to advance out of this district comes out of the toughest round one matchup in this district, Hudsonville vs. Holland. I believe Holland will advance out of this district as they should be able to matchup well with Hudsonville. As mentioned earlier if the Dutch beat Hudsonville they will face Zeeland East who they matchup well with as well. In the championship game the Dutch will most likely face the Jenison Wildcats who matchup very well with the Ducth but the Dutch should be able to pull away in the second half and advance onto Regionals after surviving a tough district.

McCane’s big night from three saves Rockford.

Tuesday night’s OK Red battle on the Lakeshore was diminished slightly by a rough patch for the Big Reds of Muskegon. They played host to Rockford who has been attempting to track down East Kentwood along with Muskegon all year. The recent slide by Muskegon has the Conference down to [...]
