High School Highlights: Earned three varsity letters for the Squires and led Calvin Christian to a 55-17 record in her three seasons on the varsity squad…Averaged 14.2 points, 10.2 rebounds and 2.92 blocks per game as a senior…Set school record for blocks in a season with 70 as a senior…Earned All-Conference accolades three times…Named to the AP All-State Honorable Mention team and Detroit Free Press Fourth Team All-State as a senior

Why did you choose to go to Davenport?
I choose to transfer from Wayne State to Davenport University because of the team. I played with them during an open gym in the spring and I loved the team chemistry. I looked at the school itself and think that it is a great place to graduate from, meet new friends, and it is close to home.

What has been your favorite memory of Davenport so far?
Learning the dance for Midnight Madness, and that night. My team is pretty hilarious.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can play the piano, SuperSmash Bros on N64, and creating things like sewing and crocheting.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is probably candy if that can count, or Chinese food.
What is your dream job that you wish to do after graduation?
My dream job would be to live in the country with a Jeep working with people in need like teaching woman a trade like sewing, and enjoying life.

My favorite song is probably “We Own Night” by Lady A

Tina Fey or Jennifer Nettles
Who first inspired you to play basketball?
I wanted to be like my cousin Ty DeWitt, a basketball player for Trinity Christian College, and play sports like my brothers.
What advice would you give to a young athlete?
In order to accomplish your dreams, you have to work hard.
If you could play for one pro team, who would you play for?
I have always wanted to play overseas like Australia.
