Sparta started-out early with a lead over Comstock Park in the 1st quarter. Park rallied back with inside shots and second chance baskets to tie the game going into halftime. Again, Sparta came at Park early lead by 3 pt baskets from Zach Leach and one of the coolest behind the back tap the ball passes I have seen. Almost looked like an accident? He backed it up with a circus spin shot off the backboard that used the entire backboard. One player that wasn’t mesmerized was Ty Mason who lead…scratch that… stormed his team back into the game in the 4th. Once down 5 with minutes to go went into the lead by 5. A game that looked like it was going down the wire turned into Ty Mason cementing the win for Park on the free throw line.
